Cooking Ground Meat
When cooking ground meat of any kind it is safest to rely on an
internal temperature taken with a meat thermometer to test when the
meat reaches the appropriate doneness. Below are listed some
of the common internal temperatures for several ground meats.

• Ground Beef 160 degrees
• Ground Pork 170 degrees
• Ground Turkey 180 degrees
• Ground Lamb 170 degrees
